PLEASURES OF WAR inquires into the world of airsoft military simulations, where over the course of a weekend hundreds of people dress in full military kits, march into an abandoned prison for the mentally unwell, and engage in dayslong non-lethal combat, complete with automatic weapons, frag grenades, ordinance carrying drones, and little more than an honor system to keep them accountable.
